Our mission is to further the understanding of educational administration & leadership in Jamaica and to make a positive and tangible difference to the development of Educational Leadership potential at various levels throughout the island. The Institute for Educational Administration & Leadership- Jamaica was founded in November 2012 as a professional society for persons working in education related professions and anyone interested in the fields of educational administration, management and leadership.
