The 5th Public Lecture of the IEAL-J will be delivered by Mrs Maxine Henry-Wilson, former education minister and now Commissioner of the Jamaica Tertiary Commissioner (JTEC). The lecture will be at the University of Technology, Jamaica under the topic “The topic for the lecture is – Challenges of Quality: the role of J-TEC and the Development of the National Qualifications Framework”.
