Call for Papers for 2023 Conference

The Institute for Educational Administration & Leadership, Jamaica (IEAL-J), in collaboration with its partners invite abstract submissions for the fifth International Conference on Educational Leadership & Management to be held on October 18 – 20, 2023 in Jamaica.

Submissions are invited from teachers, principals, research students, researchers, policymakers, teacher educators, education officers and anyone interested in educational leadership in all types of educational institutions, at all levels of an education system.

The overall conference theme of “Educational Leadership for Social Transformation: Readiness, Resilience, Re-imagination” raises many important questions to be debated and explored by conference participants. As examples, presenters may wish to choose from among the following themes:
